Are you over paleo-fying everything?  As a rare treat, I really don’t see the harm in having the occasional paleo cookie, brownie, pancake, etc…anymore than I don’t see the harm in having the occasional non-paleo version. Just because it’s paleo doesn’t mean you need it.  My favorite paleo treat is made with avocado, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla, and cold water.  Whiz that up in the blender and you have the most delicious chocolate pudding.  It’s an indulgence I don’t partake in often (as eating 3 avocados in one sitting is definitely something I don’t need:)  So if you are baking more than you ever have in your life and trolling the internet for paleo recipes constantly, you might want to skip the desserts for a while. But damn, nothing beats a killer paleo banana bread!
