I had the pleasure of watching Chris Spealler do this workout several years ago.  I was new to crossfit and unaware of the luminaries in our sport.  His performance was amazing to behold even though I wasn’t really sure what I was watching. All I know was that he made it look so easy.  I did this workout years later and realized there was nothing easy about it.  It’s the case in any sport, a golfer making a 3 foot put look easy, riders in le tour making the alps look like small hills, a running back catching a football with a 200lb defender hanging off him….the best make it look so easy.  Enjoy this workout, or enjoy your rest day.  Here’s hoping “Elizabeth” isn’t the workout tomorrow!
