135 lb Front Squat, 12 reps

12 Burpee pull-ups

G – 9:40 (115lb Front Squats)


Sto, our new front squat model, demonstrates the importance of driving the chest and elbows up while relaxing the fingers and wrists during the entire front squat.  This position is safe and mechanically advantageous because the torso bears the load.  Whereas if the elbows dropped under the bar, the wrists, elbows, and shoulders take a beating.

The gym hours during the weekend are as follows:

Saturday:  Normal schedule.

Sunday:  Regular Class 9am and 10am.  NO OPEN GYM in the evening.

Monday:  Regular Class 9am and 10am only.

Tuesday:  Normal schedule.
