F-F-FRAAAANNNN!!

If you’ve never done “Fran” before, it’s probably the most infamous and feared of the benchmark workouts in Crossfit.

 The feeling is hard to explain once finished, Fran takes your breath away.  My word of advice is to take your time and get warmed up well, get in the right frame of mind to go fast and hard, this is a sprint.

If you PR, that’s awesome.  If you drank all weekend (tequila of course), or ate a 50 piece chicken nugget value meal, or succumbed to chili cheese fries at 2 in the morning on said night of drinking, then you might not PR.  And that’s awesome too.  After all, it’s just another workout.
