MOVEMENT DEMOS | Shoulder Press

We do a lot of total body movement in CrossFit because it produces a lot of power. The shoulder press is strictly the arms, so we cannot move as much weight, but it is a great strength builder for when we perform the olympic lifts and other overhead movements.

Remember to keep the belly and butt tight! Don’t lean back and don’t go around the head, move that bar straight up! The weight will go from easy to difficult really quick, so don’t get frustrated:)
