As many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

55 kg Squat clean, 6 reps

12 Pull ups

24 Double-unders

Add together the best snatch (in kg), the best clean and jerk (in kg), and the total reps performed in the triplet for your final score. Post score to comments.

We’re very excited about this Sunday and the following Zone Challenge.  Naturally, there are many questions (mostly the same ones asked by different people, haha), but we want to arm you with as much knowledge and resources as we can so you have some command of the basics before walking into the lecture.  The following is a story from Nicole Carroll, and her first experience with the Zone, along with her lecture.  I’m also including the article ‘Zone Gone Bad’ on what happens if someone takes the weighing and measuring a little too seriously.
