It’s Brandon’s birthday WOD!  I’m not going to say how old he is, BUT……

For time:

30 Wall Ball shots, 20/14 lb, 10 ft target

30 Pull ups

30 Squat Cleans, 95/65

30 Ring dips

30 Sit-ups

30 Burpees

30 Squat Cleans, 95/65

30 Pull-ups

30 Wall Ball shots, 20/14 lbs, 10 ft target

Sit-ups are athletes choice.  If you are in Brandon’s class, you must yell, ‘Thanks Brandon!’ upon completion of each exercise.
