Followed by Unbreakable Chipper (all movements must be performed unbroken)

20 Double unders

20 Pull ups

20 Push ups

20 DB Push Press (30 lb db/20 lb db)

20 Kettlebell Swings (1.5 pood/1 pood)

20 Knees to Elbows

There is a 20 minute time limit for the Chipper.  If an athlete is unable to complete an element unbroken, they must restart that element at zero until performed unbroken.  Scale accordingly!
