Love this movement, who knows what it is??

With a new breed of On Rampers starting tomorrow, you veterans need to set the example.

  We need to always go back to the basics and our foundational movements with the squat, deadlift and press.  So much of our strength and power will come from creating maximum efficiency within these movements.

  Today we are performing the Deadlift and Kelly Starrett talks about the Set up position in this three part series:  Part 1, Part 2, Part 3.  Without a solid set up, you will be less than peak efficiency in your Sumo Deadlift High Pull, Clean and Snatch…and we can’t have that!
