5 Rounds for time:

20 Pull ups

30 Push ups

40 Sit ups

50 Squats

Rest exactly 3 minutes between rounds.  Record your total time and length of each round.

The links for the Pull ups, push ups, and squat shows variations and standards for the movements.  The sit ups should be done with an abmat or a rolled up towel under your lumbar curve to allow for a full range of motion.
