No Pain, No Gain

 

I highly recommend checking out the main CrossFit website if you haven’t already, it is full of videos, links, and information galore!  We talk about never doing the same workout twice, but that’s not entirely correct.  Its always great to go back to a workout you have done to see how you have improved.  (This is a great reason to keep a personal workout journal)  CrossFit has a variety of benchmark WODs, labelled either “The Girls” or “Heroes,” which are most commonly used as a barometer to test your current level of fitness.  If you haven’t had the pleasure of meeting any of these wonderful “people,” check them out and give it a try (be sure to scale if necessary), I’m sure you’ll love them.  Here’s one for today, enjoy!

5 Rounds for time:

Run 400 meters

30 Box Jumps

30 Wall Balls

 

For my people sitting at home, or on the road, try this:
Run 400 meters
30 Box Jumps
30 Thrusters, with anything, broomstick, barbell, etc.
