Fight Gone Bad

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. The total workout consists of three five minute rounds with two one minute breaks between rounds, for seventeen total minutes.

The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of ‘rotate,’ the athletes must move to next station immediately for a good score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

The stations are:

Wall-ball
Sumo Deadlift high-pull
Box jump
Push-press
Row
This is a classic CrossFit workout, initially designed to simulate a full UFC bout of three five minute rounds with one minute breaks in between.  After the first guy finished the “experiment” they asked him what he thought, he responded, “It was like a fight gone bad.”  A score of 350 is considered UFC fight ready…

whats your score?
