World-Class Fitness in 100 Words:

Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.

Someone knocked some sense into the sectionals organizers and the spectator tickets are now two for the price of one!  The cost is $50 for two people to get in for the two day event.  Even if you have already purchased your tickets, you can now bring a friend.  Now go buy your tickets if you haven't yet, its only 6 days away!!

  Yeey for Aims and her ticket sharing!I am however only allowed to go on Saturday. (Yes, my job is that awesome). So if anyone wants to take the other portion for Sunday - let us know!

  I'm right there with Fondo and Martina. Does anyone want/have a ticket to split/share? I can only make it Saturday and would prefer not to pay $50 for 1 day, but I am willing to kick in to help with your costs if I can tag along. Thanks muchly. Cheers~

  hooray for Sam! I'll bring you cash this week. For all those representin' Paradiso at Sectionals, you're gonna hear us loud and clear. I was at Regionals last year and I was blown away. This, however, is gonna be an even bigger experience.
