An advanced version of the Good Morning. This is a great tool for learning how to load the hamstrings, keep weight in the heels and improving our Olympic Lifting.
Safety Tip: This movement will make you very sore! Start with light weight, establish your baseline and slowly increase weight over time! Also, the range of motion will be different dependent upon the individual. Prioritize good position over range of motion.
