Classic Crossfit Moves | Muscle Snatch Technique
The Muscle Snatch a skill transfer exercise for the classic Snatch. This exercise will help us develop power from the pockets to get the bar into the right position, develop power overhead and a hard turnover with the shoulders.
Start with a wide “hook grip” in the bar. Shoulders are back, the chest is up and the bar should be resting at the top of the pockets. If the arms are too narrow the bar will be too low.
